I would like to be a tutor because I understand that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. In high school I had a tutor to help me with math because it was not my strong subject. I recognize how beneficial having a tutor can be, and I also recognize the qualities that are important in being a successful and helpful tutor. In college I have really been able to fine tune my areas of interest and increase my knowledge on those areas tremendously. I am very passionate about history, politics, economics, and various other things and I'm sure I can help my student understand and appreciate their important significance throughout the world.
