I have been teaching math for the past ten years to students ranging from college down to early middle school. Making mathematics accessible and relatable has been my professional passion, and I have had great success with a broad range of students. I am currently taking some time off from teaching while I raise my wonderful little daughter, but I am eager to work with students again in a more flexible and personalized way. I have worked in a variety of contexts from teaching a mathematically focused celestial navigation course in the Bahamas to 7th and 8th grade mathematics at a small independent school. I tutored all subjects in the department at Northeastern University from Math 101 to differential equations. I have also worked in a variety of science fields of education.
